Tommy Aboussleman – Guitars, Vocals

Rk Scott – Electric Basses

Paul Falcone – Drums, Percussion and Vocals

Electric TnT emerged in the spring of 2006 as an acoustic duo consisting of singer/songwriter/guitarist Tony Psi and singer/songwriter/guitarist Tommy Aboussleman.  The two musicians met through close friend and fellow musician Paul “Paulie” Falcone.  Paul had been hosting regular weekly jam session at his central New Jersey home, and would invite a number of local musical talent  to come and participate.  It was through these sessions that TnT eventually  formed, as an off-shoot of a larger live classic rock collective known as Paulie’s Basement Jams (or PBJ), of which Tony and Tommy were featured guitarists and singers, and Paul the drummer as well as background vocalist.  Bassist Rk  Scott began sitting in at these session and also became the bassist for PBJ.

Tony and Tommy played gigs at such central New Jersey venues as the Blue Moon in South Amboy as the acoustic duo known then as TnT Blues.  Shortly after forming and playing a handful of dates, Paul Falcone joined on drums and backing vocals in the fall of 2006.   After the band played a number of central New Jersey dates, Rk Scott approached them in early 2008 with the idea of adding himself on acoustic bass, as he felt it would add more depth to the band’s classic rock arrangements.  They agreed, and the quartet began to book more shows as TnT Blues.  As they gained popularity, the band examined their repertoire and realized that they were playing more classic and modern rock interpretations and very little blues.  As a result, around the summer of 2009, the band changed their name to simply TnT, and have been playing gigs under that name until February of 2011, when they changed their name to Electric TnT after deciding to start playing shows as a traditional electric rock ensemble.

Electric TnT’s repertoire revolves mainly around an intriguing combination of classic rock covers from artists like Steve Miller band, Neal Young, The Grateful Dead, The Allman Brothers, Steely Dan, the Beatles, Elvis Costello and the Attractions, and Jethro Tull (just to name a few) along with a healthy dose of Tony Psi original pieces.  Over the past handful of years, Electric TnT’s sound has become known for its driving rock n’ roll vibe.  Their fans often remark that although the band used to be primarily acoustic, they play with such fervor that listeners would often forget that they’re listening to an acoustic band.  This has become a collective philosophy of the band.   For the acoustic shows which the band still plays, Tony, Tommy, Rk and Paulie pride themselves on providing that conventional rock n’ roll experience with that “unplugged” vibe, where other acoustic acts are simply acoustic acts that sound like acoustic acts.

Currently, Electric TnT are playing regular live shows and private gigs in and around the New Brunswick and surrounding central New Jersey areas.  Their shows are characterized not only by their hyped up rock n’ roll feel, but also  the party-like atmosphere which they bring, and their lively interaction with audiences as well as  their tendency  to feature special guest local musician talent, who often sit in with them.  Electric TnT fans find it fun and interesting to see who will come and play at the Electric TnT  shows.  For more information, or to be placed on the band’s Email list for live show information, or to contact the band to book shows, please send Email to and/or contact:
